Job Description
Summary .He/She will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting guest expectations. .The Assistant Manager - Restuarant is responsible to assist the Restuarant Manager in managing the operations as an efficient, and productive cost centre, by maintaining an organized outlet, being familiar with restaurant operations and understanding how to provide quality customer service. .Assigning, inducting, and mentoring new staff members whilst planning shifts and overlooking Team leader & hosts. Qualifications .Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2-3 years work experience as a Team leader- F&B or a year as an Assistant Manager in F&B service, for a particular outlet in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
