Job Description

Overview:

This role is responsible for producing KPI tracking reports and extracting key data into suitable format to enable the business unit to manage performance. Key responsibility is maintaining a standard reporting and comms methodology with partner stakeholders. The role holder will have to work in partnership with respective BU functional owners to ensure the reports are created and updated in line with the daily needs of the business whilst also responding to BU update requests or support as required for historical performance tracking.


Responsibilities:

Maintenance of existing reports and systems• regular KPI tracking
• Complete Ad hoc reports on request for snr mgmt. or stakeholders
• Monthly reporting
• Continuous improvement of reporting process


In addition to tasks associated above the analyst will also take ownership of• Project manage reporting and analytics development
• Create and model scenarios in support of BU teams
• Designing new scorecards / dashboards in partnership with local teams requirements
• Pro-active system analysis for improvement opportunities (automation potential) and fault diagnosis (maintain process / RPA)
• Support and enable reporting automation (RPA) and report creation using appropriate digitalisation tools (powerBI or equiv.)
• Investigate and trial new CS tools, supporting development opportunities (i.e. support AI, ML, Prescriptive analytics)


Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Analytical skills demonstrated by a suitable bachelors degree (ie Science/Technological/Engineering/Math) backed up with Supply Chain analytics experience (Manufacturing, Customer Service, Logistics)
• Demonstrated ability to interact with data and MRP systems working within FMCG ( environment producing reporting and creating (and standardising) insights reports and visualisations that stakeholders can use to remedy issues (usually min 2 yrs exp.)
• Demonstrated Working Knowledge of Power Bi or similar reporting dashboard software and track record of creating automated reporting systems and analytical insights (min 2yrs exp).
• Good working knowledge of workflow management / RPA methodologies and systems
• Working Knowledge of SAP desirable
• Excel & Office package advanced knowledge mandatory
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Affinity for data and analytics, analytical mindset.
• Supply Chain knowledge and experience with the ability to understand impact of any issues or change across the network and planning teams.
• The role is supporting across a number of departments and so will require the job-holder to prioritise and focus, managing internal customer expectations accordingly.
• Working experience in a FMCG company with a clear understanding of terminology, metrics and KPIs used will be a distinct advantage
