  • Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned
  • Contributing to development of procedures, practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to company\'s integrity & quality standards
  • Driving a corporate culture that promotes environment, health, and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace at all times.
  • Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace.
  • Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
  • Compliance to Syngene\' s quality standards at all times
  • Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
  • Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Core Purpose of the Role: Financial reporting - Preparation of financials as per IND-AS, Quarterly audit closure and SEBI reporting, Book closure in SAP, Variance analysis for Actual Vs. Plan, Posting of Month-end Closing entriesRole Accountabilities
  • Preparation of relevant schedules for audit and analysis if data.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financials as per IND AS format
  • Quarterly audit co-ordination with Statutory auditors
  • Monthly Book Closure in SAP by reviewing the schedules from other process owner
  • Posting of closing entries like Tax, Provisions and similar.
  • Preparation of variance analysis for leadership review

Specific requirements for this role
  • Experience: 1 to 4 Years of experience in the relevant area
  • Demonstrated Capability:
  • Should be able to work with the Senior people of the organization
  • Should have the Good interpersonal skills
  • Should have the excellent Job knowledge and Analytical skills
  • Should be pro-active in nature
  • Education: CA fresher or with 1 to 2 years of experience in core area
Skills and Capabilities
  • Educational Qualification: CA fresher or with 1 to 2 years of experience in core area.
  • Person should have the experience in financial reporting and proficiency in excel and SAP.
  • Person should have a very good interpersonal skills, Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Understanding on Indian Accounting standards and SAP knowledge
  • Good Communication Skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in Pharma Industry would be an added advantage
  • Should be able identify and handle the areas for automations and digitization -FR, schedule preparation and other automations.
  • Follow 100% compliance in Data security and Safety.
