Play a key role in fostering a collaborative and productive team environment, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement in development processes and practices.Role and ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day activities of the Alexion team across US + EUCAN and International + GlobalParticipate in recruiting of new team membersConducting training of team members (onboarding and knowledge transfer) to maximize their potentialProvide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environmentMonitor progress, help identify potential risks and obstacles, and take proactive measures to address themConduct regular syncs with team members to provide feedback and address any concernsSolid understanding of the technologies, tools, and frameworks used by the development teamDeveloping and implementing a timeline to achieve targetsAbility to connect data back to the business and demonstrate data management skillsCollaborative with collaborators and team membersSophisticated problem-solving capability and ever-improving approachMust be analytical, creative, and self-motivatedStrong Excel and PowerPoint experienceGood Project ManagementWork Optimally within a distributed team environmentEssential Skills and experienceOverall demonstrated ability and 4+ years of experience as a team lead overseeing other developers and analystsExpert in data visualization skills, data reporting, data engineering, and data stewardshipDeep technical skills, with proficiency in one or more programming languages, frameworks, and development toolsExperience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.)Prior experience in mentoring or coaching junior developers is a plusFull life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologiesSuperb communication skills in both verbal and written EnglishStrong customer service focusEngaging and friendly personalityCollaborative, flexible and a great teammateDesirable Skills and experienceQlik+Power BIExperience working with customers in multiple geographies.WHY JOIN US?We\xe2\x80\x99re a network of high-reaching self-starters who contribute to something far bigger.
