You will be responsible to manage the Recovery function of Yulu bike fleet You are expected to create SOPs and implement processes on the various required areas to improve the business efficiency Key Responsibilities Responsible for the safety of Delhi s bikes and batteries Utilizing the on-ground staff s skills and in house data to locate and safeguard Yulu s assets Building and maintaining (liaising) relations with local police departments and local authorities for smooth operations In addition to that, building an informal network of informers for ground intelligence Recruit, train, develop and supervise a team of associates to achieve recovery goals and objectives Responsible for safety and security of bikes and batteries with the available resources Use proper de-escalation techniques to calm the situation and get to a resolution Working with members with a helpful, mindful attitude or an approach of we are here to help find a resolution Monitor KPI performance and take tactical actions to improve performance of all recovery processes Use data to identify improvement areas, maintaining recovery dashboard to track key metrics and formulating plans to implement changes for productivity enhancement Review and improve upon the various types of ongoing recovery activities across the city by conducting root cause analysis (RCA) Cooperates across functions and leads interdependently to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the recovery process by focusing on prevention, revenue, sustainability and quality Testify at legal proceedings as required Keeps management informed of asset recovery progress by overseeing and managing accurate reports for the Asset Recovery department Monitors team recovery statistics: performs account reviews and provides coaching, training and feedback Responsible for ensuring that the recovery process is compliant with all applicable regulatory legal requirements Maintaining all documentation and trackers on a real-time basis for better visibility Tracking assets suggesting suitable changes for on ground field staff and warehouse staff to ensure asset safety Building Recovery Prioritization Model Investigation Systems/Tools to identify theft and design course of action Processing the insurance claims of the lost bikes and batteries Key Requirements Experience: 3-5 years Experience of recovering assets from fraudulent customers in the previous organizations. Effectively optimise the recovery process cost. Proactive smart thought process. Excellent communication skills- English local language mandatory. Data driven with experience of managing, leading and developing people. E-Commerce, Logistics, Mobility background preferred. Working knowledge of SQL and Excel
