Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence both domestically and internationally. This role requires a deep understanding of the metal sections market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. 2. Sales Management: - Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. - Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training to the sales team. - Build and maintain strong relationships with mass production customers and key clients, distributors, and industry partners. 3. Marketing and Branding: - Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, trade shows, and promotional events. - Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. - Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings. 4. Customer Relationship Management: - Enhance customer satisfaction through high-quality service, liasoning and support. - Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve products and services. 5. Budgeting and Reporting: - Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget. - Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and marketing activities to the senior management. 6. Team Leadership: - Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve personal and professional growth. - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications: - Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the metal industry or a related sector. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Negotiation Skills and B2B Sales experience. - Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Good Business etiquette. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, MS Word/Excel, etc. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ready to travel as required.
