Assistant Manager - Quality & Compliance (CRD) Location Pune - Maharashtra, IndiaFORVIA HELLA is a listed, international automotive supplier. • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality, compliance, and control strategies for operational processes in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Perform regular audits across various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with various teams to identify and address quality or compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain a system for capturing, analyzing, and reporting quality compliance metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and good practice guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide support and training to staff on matters related to quality and compliance.
• Create comprehensive compliance reports for management review.
• Assist in implementing corrective action plans to resolve quality and compliance issues as reported from audits, complaints, or other sources.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure that quality and compliance objectives are met.
• Participate in regulatory and partner inspections/audits.
• Facilitate risk assessment processes and implement risk mitigation measures when necessary.
• Ensure effective change management and continuous improvement in product quality by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Maintain a system for effective documentation and management of compliance records.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
• Ability to understand and apply relevant laws and regulations.
• Possesses strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in facilitating internal and external audits.
• Demonstrate leadership skills with a teamwork focus.
• Relevant professional certifications in Quality or Compliance are highly desirable.
• Developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Location
5 Days week - Work from Office from Hinjewadi Phase -1. Hybrid Working need base possible.
