Client's requirements and meet HireRight's quality standards. Ensures organizations goals and values, high quality
standards as well as customer requirements are met. Initiates, drives, executes and supports change in the
organization.ResponsibilitiesClose cooperation with Ops in terms of monitoring the quality of the reports and services delivered in order to
identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to increase the quality.

  • Manage a team of quality resources, Supervisor for that specific LOB. KRA management
  • Keep manager in close loop on the day to day and highlight any challenges then and there
  • Deep analysis to identify the areas for improvement that should be discussed with BPO Managers / Manager;
special focus on delays / change in process within Quality Team.
  • Provide insights for continuous improvement throughRoot cause analysis
Coordinating with Training
  • Identifying and recommending automation enhancements from Auditing and Process level standpoint
  • Recommend SOP modifications to ease the processing without any deviation to the process.
  • Maintain Shrinkage and Attrition
  • Conduct One on one and performance reviews
  • Follow - up with the concerned team for any change of updates to make sure all documentation is fully up to
date
  • Need to take initiative for any process change requests as well as ideas for increasing the quality of the services.
  • Act as an intermediator whenever a process dispute arises.
Qualifications
  • Graduate
  • Minimum 3 year experience leading a team, working on HireRight platforms (IJP - 1 Year) would be
beneficial if applicable; very good knowledge of standard operating processes and procedures.
  • Participation in projects
  • Ops/QA process changes/process simplification/process improvement initiative
