This role requires a keen eye for detail, strategic supplier relationships, and effective negotiation skills to ensure cost-efficiency and tim;ely delivery of high-quality materials.Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials for interior fit out projects.
• Preparation of all purchase orders for materials, supplies, and equipment needed for interior
• fit out projects.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase and work orders, invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities and expenditures for management review.
• New Vendor Development, and Vendors Evaluation. Collecting the competitive quotations,
• Assist with planning, budgeting, purchasing, and scheduling of projects.
• Responsible for following up with the vendors for on time material delivery to meet project deliverables.
• Identify and establish relationships with key suppliers and vendors in the interior fit-outs industry.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to purchase orders and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the interior fit-outs or construction industry.
• Proficiency in ERP Software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Strong analyticals skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organisation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with procurement ERP Software and tools is a MUST.
