We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.Youll make a difference by:\xc2\xb7 Ensure payments are processed promptly and accurately using established procedures.\xc2\xb7 Manage customer accounts, including updating payment information and resolving payment-related inquiries and disputes.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with payment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Analyze payment trends and identify areas for improvement in payment processes.\xc2\xb7 Maintain a stimulating work environment to motivate staff performance and facilitate employee retention.\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit financial reports related to payment processing activities.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related issues and improve payment workflows.\xc2\xb7 Identify the training needs, Develop the training, calendar for cross-training and skill development of employees after they have completed the initial new hire training process.\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned related to payment processing and customer account.\xc2\xb7 Participate in all customer meetings to review open transactions, metrics and open issues. Other responsibilities and job content as later identified by the Department Manager.Your success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 6yrs -7 years of experience exclusively in payment process is required. P2P, Accounts Payable, Procurement experiences will be an added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Lean, Six Sigma, Transformation, Process Improvement Projects or Enhancements will be an added advantage.\xc2\xb7 People management experience is mandatory.\xc2\xb7 Diversity Candidates are preferred.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of payment systems, processes, and industry best practices.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word,Excel,Powerpoint, Access.\xc2\xb7 Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in ERP like SAP, Service Now.\xc2\xb7 Understanding of various Quality Methodologies.Join us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
