Job description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager for B2B Sales to join our team at a leading CRM software-based produce company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management within the business-to-business (B2B) sector. Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company\'s overall objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and identify potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software tools to track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the CRM software.
  • Sales Team Support:
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closure:
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute sales agreements.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute insights to the development of new product features or enhancements based on market demands.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and understanding of its applications in business processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 500,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
