Professional Knowlege and qualification required Mature scientific or specialized professional knowledge (deep understanding of a specific professional field + several years of experience + sound knowledge and integration of other professional fields). Length of work experience required (similar activity): 3-5 years Managerial experience required: professional guidance Freedom to think, thinking environment: clearly defined (thinking within clearly defined company policies, principles and specific objectives, the \'how\' is largely determined by the incumbent\'s own judgment - usually specialist positions) Role Purpose To support onboarding and due diligence checks for enterprise customers for Vodafone Business entities across globe. Key accountabilities and decision ownership Assess current and new customer/account applications for their credit worthiness and suitability using financial and non-financial information, by performing comprehensive due diligence checks (on Bribery, Sanctions, Money Laundering, Fraud, Conflict of interest risks, if Politically exposed Person, any adverse media, credit checks. Manage ongoing risk and exposure of the customers accounts including regular reviewsdue diligence checks, as well as investigate and detail any material changes to customers information Maintain all customer information and checks results in a responsible manner in line with global laws relating to data and privacy Report on current risk positions to senior management Maintain knowledge of current UK and Global legislation in relation to sanctions, money laundering, anti-bribery and MTIC fraud Ensure all trading is carried out within the terms of global sanctions, money laundering, anti-bribery and MTIC fraud legislation and frameworks with appropriate approvals obtained prior to commencement of trading Key performance indicators: monthly reporting of all new customer onboarded and for which due diligence checks were performed or not All the due diligence to be completed as per agreed TAT and shared with the relevant stakeholders for decision SLA and KPI performance Support internal/external audits Effective SOX controls Core competencies, Knowledge and experience Core competencies, knowledge and experience: communication skills managing a changing environment Experience of working in a compliance based environment communicating for impact Ability to work on own initiative, make informed decisions, and adapt to an ever- changing environment in a positive manner Demonstrate ability to build relationships with other departments such as sales, credit, commercial and product teams Must have technical / professional qualifications: . Appropriately qualifications (ICA - International Compliance Association, MICM) or other suitable qualifications
