Position

Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Assistant Manager - Public Relations who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Assistant Manager - Public Relations reports to the Director of Public Relations.

The Assistant Manager - Public Relations develops, generates and executes awareness of Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru and key offerings through digital presence including but not limited to all forms of social media, digital marketing, communications and online reputation management. You will -

Support the Director of Public Relations at events and PR/marketing initiatives

Work with Director of Public Relations to develops and execute social media content and engagement strategy supporting Hotel marketing campaigns

Support Directors of Marketing, Public Relations & Revenue in Digital Marketing initiatives (SEO strategy, Paid Social, PPC, etc)

Support the Director of Marketing and Sales team in the execution of hotels integrated marketing plan and sales initiatives

Manage the Hotels social media channels on a daily basis with monthly content calendars and reporting

Oversee property websites, and manage online reputation including review maintenance

Create Sales and Marketing collateral and newsletters, and facilitate the timely distribution to the appropriate audience

Requirements

Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set

Minimum 2 years professional experience in like field

University degree

Strong and effective interpersonal skills

A self-starter that can multi-task and prioritize
