Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesResponsible for:

Planning & execution of Build & Prototyping activity as per Build plan
Concept Proto Wiring harness design and preparation.
Understanding Layout of Wiring harness, Electrical system components like Motor, Li-ion battery, Contractors, Traction Controllers, BMS & Other ECU\'s in vehicle. Create Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Quality Control Plan , Standard Operating procedures required for build and assembly etc.
Understanding of System integration and Electrical architecture of Electric vehicles.
Coordination with design team and module leader of execution of prototype.
Assembly of Electric vehicle systems - Battery Pack, DC-DC, Charger, Power Distribution unit, Motor etc.
System /vehicle level Build and Functional verification of Electric vehicle on prototype systems & vehicles.

Experience2 to 4 YearsIndustry PreferredAutomotoveQualificationsB.E / B.Tech / Diploma - EEE / ECEGeneral Requirements
