Assistant Manager Projects
Job Description
Responsibilities:-
• Vendor management - to negotiate and finalize contractors for every work
• Project planning and execution within estimated cost and time.
• Project review meeting and Daily progress reports
• Quality check and Handing over
• Coordinating with retail architect for GFC drawings
• To prepare BOQ/ estimate of our shops
• Planning, costing, resource planning & execution of projects
• To supervise on Maintenance of the stores
• To certify the vendor bills to release advance & final payments
