Job Description
Job Summary:Responsible for a bigger section of the project. This job includes handling of construction activities and a few commercial activitiesKey AccountabilitiesDuty StatementsPlanning:
- Accountable for work execution and project monitoring and control of the daily activity of construction
- Provide technical inputs for methodologies of construction
- Co-ordinate between different sites and synchronize their activities
- Manage resource mobilization and resource sharing among various sites
- Handle allocation of tasks within teams based on skill profile
- Prepare bills for payments
- Estimate quantities & orders of materials for construction
- Coordinate with site representative of client/consultant
- Responsible for optimal utilization of resources (man, management and material) and manage vendors, clients and contractors
- Handle material management for site and coordinate with store keeper
- Co-ordinate with quality and HSE departments to implement all the health and safety measures
- Responsible for quality assurance and documentation
- Supervise all construction activities of all sites
- Monitor the progress of project and updates project manager as frequently as required
