#### YOUR ROLE


• To develop schedule management and structure, taking the project requirements into account (e.g. structuring, data integration, reporting, etc.) and considering the common schedule management regulations (process, methods and tools) set by the Henkel.
• To identify external/internal stakeholders schedules, reports and associated documents.
• To prepare schedule analyses (scenarios, critical path, buffers, etc.).
• To devise possible solutions in cases of any delay in the project together with the project and specialist functions.
• To map multiple different Project in a logical and timely manner and to support the relevant managers with resource management.
• To identify project deadlines in call to tender and contract documents in collaboration with the project managers and specialist functions. Ability to lead and delivers projects as outlined in the project charters and yearly planned CAPEX.
• Drives the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope Measures, tracks and reports on project performance and milestones.
• Acts as link between project team, external stakeholders and Project manager.
• Prepares and aligns the deliverables with both the project team and Project Manager. Sets up and ensures execution of project communication plan
#### YOUR SKILLS


• Minimum 4 years of experience in an Engineering role
• B. Tech/BE (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial) education.
• Must be proficient in constructing Work Program via Microsoft Project. Involved with project planning / project scheduling process
• Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
• General understanding / hands on with Project lifecycle of CAPEX projects.
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
