  • Have Experience in Project Transition & Setup of Project from Start to End Process.
  • Have Exposure for Passport / Gate Process
  • Have Experience in Project Transition with SBU's
  • Have Leadership Skills, Communication Management & Team Management skills.
  • Responsible for developing the Project plan, project schedule, resource plan and project Budget with the project team for the respective account.
  • Achieve 100% OTIF & Zero Past Dues for respective account.
  • Lead Integrated Project Team (IPT) in coordination with internal stakeholders such as Engg, Production, Procurement, quality Etc.
  • Initiate early escalation process to mitigate the operational issues and assure on-time delivery.
  • Responsible for Deliveries from Bangalore to Customer and order commitment through SAP.
  • Daily Customer Interaction (Single Point of Contact).
  • Being internal (BLR) interface: monitors, reviews and Interaction with planning team on the order releases, order start and order complete and order shipped.
  • Establish and maintain Early Warning System (EWS) for current and potential future past due orders
  • Initiate Earlier Escalation process to mitigate the issue and assure to on-time delivery (Escalation Matrix and delivery clinic).
  • Review and Tracking of Relevant KPIs.
  • Achieve improved transparency in SAP system (Such as order acknowledgement, Delivery)
  • Responsible for ensuring scope change is identified, documented and communicated to the project stakeholders.
  • Review of demand fluctuations and communicating with respective stakeholders.
  • Applying Collins Lean Product Development tools (or equivalent) and PM processes or the projects assigned.
  • Conducting Risk Review meetings and keeping the Risk Register updated with robust
  • mitigation plans (includes implementation of mitigation plans)
  • Identifying Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities and leading CI events
  • Leading project reviews with Management/Internal Business Units/Value Streams and end customer
  • Contributing to performance reviews of project team members when appropriate
  • Coordinating and maintaining completeness of all project meetings and communications Proactively monitoring the health of the Account and taking corrective and preventive actions
  • Responsible for EHS Risk Management of the project.
  • Willingness to travel overseas.
