•In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects within the investment banking department. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate project planning, coordination, and monitoring. The Project Coordinator collaborates with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met within defined timelines and budget constraints.•

•Responsibilities•

• •Assist in developing project plans, including defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with project managers to identify and allocate necessary resources for successful project execution.•
• •Serve as a central point of contact for project-related information and communication. Coordinate project meetings, maintain meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, and ensure timely dissemination of project updates to stakeholders.•
• •Monitor project progress against established plans and track task completion. Identify and escalate any potential risks, issues, or deviations from the project plan to the project manager for resolution.•
• •Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and other project-related documentation to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and key deliverables. Assist in preparing presentations and materials for project updates and steering committee meetings.•
• •Maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and clients. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and address any concerns or conflicts.•
• •Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and change logs. Ensure proper version control and organization of project documents for easy retrieval and reference.•
• •Support quality assurance efforts by conducting regular reviews and audits of project deliverables to ensure compliance with established standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.•
• •Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking project risks and issues. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop mitigation and resolution plans.•
• •Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement in project management processes and practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standardized project management methodologies.•
• •Provide additional support to project managers as needed, including assisting with project-related research, data analysis, and other project-specific tasks.•
• •Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to address any regulatory considerations or requirements.•
• •Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses. Track and report any budget deviations to the project manager and finance department.•
• •Support change management activities by assisting in the development and execution of change management plans and communication strategies.•
• •Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.•
• •Stay updated on project management methodologies, tools, and industry trends. Seek opportunities to enhance project management skills and knowledge through training and professional development.•
• •Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement in project management processes and practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standardized project management methodologies.•

•Qualifications we seek in you!•

•Minimum Qualifications / Skills•

• •Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.•
• •Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within the investment banking industry.•
• •Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.•
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.•
• •Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).•

•Preferred Qualifications / Skills•

• •Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.•
• •Knowledge of investment banking products, processes, and industry regulations is desirable.•
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.•

• •High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive project-related information.•
