Job description: Assistant Manager - Production Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing and managing the production processes, ensuring efficient operations, quality output, and timely delivery of fabricated products. Monitor adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among production staff. Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs to enhance the capabilities of production personnel. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Resolve conflicts and address any performance or disciplinary issues that may arise.
