Job description: Assistant Manager - Production Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing and managing the production processes, ensuring efficient operations, quality output, and timely delivery of fabricated products. Completely responsible for the day-to-day output. Involve in coordinating with various teams, implementing production plans, monitoring resources, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your ultimate goal will be to optimize productivity, minimize costs, and achieve production targets while adhering to quality standards. Develop production schedules and plans in collaboration with other departments to meet customer demands and deadlines. Ensure availability of raw materials, equipment, and labor resources for smooth production operations. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet targets. Supervise and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, machinery, tools, and equipment, to maximize productivity. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and consumables, and liaise with procurement to ensure timely replenishment. Maintenance of machinery in tact condition to avoid disruption in production activities Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste, reduce downtime, and control costs. Implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure fabrication processes and products meet or exceed customer expectations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues or non-conformity. Collaborate with the quality assurance and design team to implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among production staff. Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs to enhance the capabilities of production personnel. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Resolve conflicts and address any performance or disciplinary issues that may arise. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the fabrication department. Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to optimize production processes. Analyze production data, generate reports, and present findings to management for decision-making. Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to fabrication processes. Skills for Success: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in production management, preferably in a fabrication or sheet metal fabrication Strong knowledge of fabrication standards and practices. Qualification:

• B.E (EEE/ECE/Mech)processes, equipment, and materials.
• Familiarity with quality control
