The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes, overseeing production operations, and ensuring seamless on-site execution. This role requires a strong background in vendor management, logistics coordination, and client servicing.Position: Assistant Manager - Procurement, Production & Operations
Salary: Basis current package and caliber plus performance-based incentives.Experience: 4 to 7 years

  • Source and procure raw materials required for events and exhibitions.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Manage vendor payments, track GST bills, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Production & Operations Management:
  • Coordinate with carpenters, painters, electricians, and the creative department to ensure smooth production.
  • Monitor production progress and report to project heads and clients.
  • Ensure the quality of work meets the companys standards and project timelines.
On-Site Supervision:
  • Manage on-site operations, including worker entry, material logistics, and team management.
  • Conduct site inspections, verify quality, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Oversee the setup and dismantling of exhibitions and events.
Budget Handling:
  • Manage and monitor budgets for projects, including petty cash, staff allowances, and accommodation.
  • Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Logistics & Admin Management:
  • Plan and coordinate transportation and logistics for all projects.
  • Handle hotel bookings, travel plans, and other administrative tasks for the project team.
  • Manage contractors and maintenance of equipment such as CNC machines, compressors, and fire extinguishers.
Client Servicing:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Event Management, Operations, Supply Chain).
  • Proven experience of 4-7 years in procurement, production, and operations within the events and exhibitions industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
