We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of ASSISTANT MANAGER - PROCESSING. The Opportunity: Global Service Centres Our Global Service Centres are an integral part of Global Operations. Employees based there manage day-to-day customer transactions and processes for the global businesses. This may include (but not limited to) transactions for our retail bank such as processing credit cards applications, opening new accounts, and managing customer enquiries through Phone calls. What you\'ll do: Roles & responsibilities Role requires the following: Process Credit lending applications submitted by the customer in line with appropriate controls, company standards, regulatory guidelines and all applicable credit approval procedures. Underwrite proposals understanding the complexities within the lending guidelines. Verify documentation, Assess Customer Credit Worthiness, perform certain Fraud checks and review/approve credit facilities within stipulated guidelines (credit policy). All approvals subject to assigned \'limits of authority\'. Meet and exceed PLA and KPI targets (Quality, Work Rate and Operating Efficiency). Identify and escalate potential risks, operational and/or otherwise. Support achievement of team objectives. Identify and escalate possible issues. Apply acquired knowledge to provide assistance to others. Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures. Support change initiatives and escalate any concerns. Execute specific business oriented activities beyond the regular processing. Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, creative, technical solutions Requirements What you will need to succeed in the role: Requirements: Education Qualification: Bachelor\'s Degree - preferably Commerce/Accounting background. Prior working experience of minimum 3 years in any Financial enterprises. Awareness of the types and nature of credit products and processes would be an advantage. Flexibility to Work from Home or Office or both as per the business requirement. Flexible to work in any shift timings as per process demands work with split week offs and render OT as per business requirement. Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Capability along with adept Financial and Interpersonal Skills. Ability to work as an effective team member within the department and the company as a whole.
