Reporting: Assistant Manager Training will report to the Training Manager / Training Leader of the Account Job Purpose and Role: To enable the business with delivering cutting-edge knowledge management practices to meet and exceed business goals. Primary Duties & Responsibilities - Develop and Implement knowledge management strategies to ensure effective training delivery and continuous improvement- Identify training needs and gaps within the organization through knowledge audits and assessments- Create and maintain a centralized repository of training materials, resources and best practices for easy access and utilization- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture, document and organize tacit knowledge into structured formats for training purposes- Stay updated on industry trends, technology and best practices related to knowledge management and training methodologies- Provide guidance and support trainers and facilitators in utilizing knowledge management tools and techniques to enhance their training delivery- Conduct regular reviews and evaluation of knowledge management processes and systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and goals- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate knowledge management principles into various training programs and initiatives across the organization- Drive training related change management and compliance programs for the Account.- Drive content management and instructional design with the latest technology and practices to stay ahead of the competition.- Be the ambassador for latest & innovative practices and technology and implement the best practices for the Account(s). Desired Experience and Skills - Graduate / Post Graduate- Overall work experience of 5 yrs. with minimum 2 yrs. experience in Knowledge Management- Experience in training digitalization is preferred- Knowledge & experience of Six Sigma, Agile methodology & demonstrate a digital mindset is preferred- Strong work ethic with a will-to-win attitude, demonstrates personal excellence, lives the growth mindset and adapts to WNS Values- Ability to work through unstructured problems, shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid changes
