job detailsHR Operations Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Manage attendance, leave administration, and employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with plant-specific HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Drive performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
Employee Data Management
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records with strict confidentiality.
  • Leverage HRMS tools to ensure seamless data management and reporting.
  • Generate actionable HR reports and analytics for workforce planning and compliance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely filing and adherence to statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Compliance & Industrial Relations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations applicable to the plant.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for labor inspections and audits.
  • Address employee grievances effectively in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations and foster trust between employees and management.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Oversee welfare activities, including canteen, transportation, and safety measures.
  • Conduct periodic surveys to gauge employee morale and recommend actionable improvements.
Training & Development
  • Identify training needs in consultation with department heads and plant leadership.
  • Coordinate and monitor training programs aimed at enhancing productivity and skill development.
  • Maintain training records and assess the effectiveness of development initiatives.
  • Administer employee welfare programs, including medical, safety, and other benefit schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies on the factory floor.
Strategic HR Support
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR operations with organizational goals.
