Responsible for successfully designing, developing, and publishing various portfolio reporting & dashboards/decks for senior leadership team.He/she is expected to lead some of the transformation and optimization initiatives to streamline and/or re-design the processes. Also, expected to take up end-to-end Program & Project Delivery and Control activities of inflight and/or new Programs/Projects.Job ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

  • Liaison and coordinate with Program/Project Managers for an efficient and effective financial management (end-to-end) of variety of concurrent projects/programs
  • Actively participate in planning, estimating, budgeting, financing, funding, managing, and controlling costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget
  • Manage yearly program/project budget process, actuals + forecast, variance & impact analysis, accruals, invoice tracking etc.
  • Act as financial advisor to Program/Project Mgrs. as well as Leadership team and keep them abreast of potential risks to program/projects in terms of cost planning as a result of scope/milestone changes, resource deployment etc.
  • Serve as Point of Contact (POC) and communicate project financial status adequately to all participants including leadership team to ensure that appropriate financial management information is regularly interpreted and made available, highlighting problems and suggesting remedial actions
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEducation
  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Candidates with Business Administration and Finance stream would be preferred (MBA)
Experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Program & Project Financial Management
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
  • Must have excellent communication, strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills including complex analysis and independent assessment
  • Extensive exposure to MS Office suits (SharePoint, Excel, Power Point etc.) is a must and working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI is required
Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training - if required)
  • Project management trained / certified
