Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager for our Pharmacy department. The successful candidate will assist the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all processes are compliant with regulatory standards, and providing exceptional service to our patients. The Assistant Manager will also play a key role in managing inventory, supporting the pharmacy team, and ensuring a safe, effective, and efficient pharmaceutical care environment.RequirementsJob Title : Assistant Manager - PharmacyKey Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.

• Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, ensuring appropriate distribution of tasks and responsibilities.

• Oversee inventory management, ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked with medications and supplies while minimizing waste.

• Ensure the proper dispensing of medications and review prescriptions for accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff in resolving complex medication-related issues.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining pharmacy records, including inventory logs, patient profiles, and other required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing pharmacy operations.

• Assist in the implementation of new pharmacy policies, technologies, and practices to improve efficiency and patient care.

• Provide training and mentoring to new pharmacy staff and assist in their development.

• Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, medical staff, and administration, to improve patient care and outcomes.

• Participate in the preparation of reports and assist in audits as required.
