NoidaQualification -B.Tech/ MBACTC -11 LPAJOB Description:Functional * Develop store strategies based on SMQCDE for efficient operations and process optimization.

  • Analytical skills for big data analysis and derive insights for decision making (FSN Analysis / Ageing Analysis /Schedule vs. Supply).
  • Should have ISO-9001 / ISO-14001 compliance knowledge for statutory / regulatory requirements.
  • Hands on experience of problem-solving tools like Process mapping, Why-Why Analysis, Root-cause analysis etc.
  • Drive continuous improvements in store\'s operations to enhance productivity and efficiency and ensure FIFO.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing the storage and preservation of parts, ensuring optimal inventory levels are
  • Maintained to meet production requirements.
  • Team Management: Leading and managing the team to ensure efficient operations, training, and development of the team.
  • Document Management: Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials and tracking inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinating with Purchase and QA for timely availability of raw materials and parts for Production as per plan.
Customer * Customer oriented while decision making, Collaborative and experience of handling a team.
  • Providing efficient and prompt service to customers, addressing their queries and concerns related to the parts supply.
  • Managing the timely fulfillment of customer job orders, ensuring accuracy in parts delivery.
Financial * Knowledge of GST Rules and Regulations, F & A, Procure-to-Pay etc.
  • Capex & Opex Budget Monitoring & Control.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS * Measurable Deliverables Ensure 100% parts availability for production at right qty. and right time.
  • Ensure zero accident policy at the workplace.
  • Ensure zero-line downtime in terms of wrong or short parts supply.
  • Adherence to budget and working on long term projects.
  • Completion of assigned projects.
