He/She will be responsible to collaborate with BI developers and analysts to manage dashboard releases. Cross and merge the barriers that exist between development, testing, operations teams, and keep existing infrastructure in mind as they design, plan and test.Responsibilities

• Design and hands-on end-to-end execution of insightful analysis using Patient analysis using LAAD/FIA/APLD claims data.
• Expert analysis on patient and payer relevant questions interlinking the patient data between Rx/Dx/Px and formulary data.
• Complete understanding of PBM, Payer and formularies and its relevance in Pharma business.
• Complete understand of claim cycle from prescription to fill. Detailed understanding of Claim types and it\xe2\x80\x99s caveats
• Constant eye for enhancements and innovations in processes and solutions. Provide expert consulting solutions to our Pharma customer stakeholders.
• Work with multiple source systems like - On premises, cloud, big data, real time, online, etc.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Pharma commercial analytics and patient data knowledge is mandatory.
• A strong experience working with patient claims, Formulary data, Xponent data assets including but not limited to 867 data, ZTT affiliations
• Expertise in R/Python & SQL to work with large data manipulations.
• Completed minimum 3 End to End Patient analysis using LAAD/FIA/Formulary claims data.
• Rich experience on SQL procedure creations and Python libraries, Window functions, data manipulations like Transpose and listagg.
• Good knowledge about Tableau Admin, security, Data Access Server Row Level Security.
• Should be good in communication Written & Verbal.
• A deep understanding of, and ability to use and explain all aspects of, relational database design, multifaceted database design, OLTP, OLAP, critical metrics, Scorecards, and Dashboards
• Must have vast experience on different types of charts, tables, filters, details, functions, blending, Hyperlink LODs etc.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Tableau Certified is a plus.
