Catalogue of Services & agreements standardization coordination2. Coordination with global & Local CIB Managers/Owners to draft Catalogue of Services3. Maintain the inventory of contracts and / or service catalogue4. Produce management reports on the SLA inventory and / or Catalogue of Services * Manage/draft & execute BNPP ISPL intra group Service level agreement (contracts) for the services provided/received by BNPP ISPL related to both IT and ITES across the globe, this is an critical activity from an Governance, Finance and Regulatory perspective

  • provided by BNPP ISPL to its Clients for both IT and ITES
  • Coordinate closely with Business Heads for obtaining the Services and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Liaise with the Regional SLA coordinator and country specific SLA Coordinators
  • Support Management team during Audit process by extracting relevant data
  • Work closely with all the relevant teams to close audit recommendations / findings
  • Manage SLA Dashboard and Trackers
  • Manage repository of the SLA
  • Weekly reporting to HoD & Team manager on SLA progress
  • Manage SLA migration process
  • Keep track of SLA renewal
  • Ad hoc management reports/ queries
Location Service Level Agreements1. Draft Service Level Agreements for the services provided to its Clients for CIB services2. Become familiar with the Services Level Agreement template, in particular the insertions required to complete the document. Track any legal requirements specific to any country.3. Become familiar with the Schedules of Services and understand what is required to complete the documents. Identification to be done leaning on Cluster Leads information. (For instance : the services, costs, service level parameters and any special conditions)Contributing Responsibilities1. Keep track of all technical changes (services, dates, Internal contract etc) and update all Service Level Agreements.(If applicable)2. Coordinate closely with India TAX team/Business Heads / Managers for obtaining the Catalogue of Services sign off if applicable3. Liaise with the onshore ITO Q&E SLA Indus team and program manager4. Keep a log of all activity and produce management reports5. Coordinate and follow up for SLA validation and signatures, subsequently execution of the SLA if applicableTechnical & Behavioral Competencies1. Excellent written and verbal communication.2. Familiarity with Service Level Agreements / contracts terminologies3. Ability to work on large Inventory of contracts & data4. Prior experience of contract drafting5.
