Job Description

Essential/ Key Responsibilities ? Facility Operations: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of water treatment plants, distribution systems, and other water-related facilities. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental guidelines in all operational activities. ?

Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans for water infrastructure assets, including pumps, pipelines, valves, and treatment equipment. Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. ?

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment within the team. ?

Reporting:

Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

? Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with engineering, planning, and finance departments to ensure alignment of O&M activities with overall business goals and strategic plans.

? Problem Resolution: Identify and address issues that may impact project progress. Collaborate with the project team to find solutions to challenges. Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.

Operational Duties ?

Daily Tracking: Regularly check in with team members to monitor progress on assigned tasks. Address any roadblocks or challenges hindering task completion. ? Cost: Regularly review and optimize operational expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. ? Action on Complaint - 48 Hours: Implement a robust system to track and prioritize complaints. Ensure all complaints are acknowledged within a few hours of receipt. ? Department Meeting Report with MOM: Ensure thorough documentation of meeting discussions, decisions, and action items. Distribute minutes of the meeting (MOM) promptly to participants. ? Material Stock Management: Implement an efficient inventory management system to track stock levels. Conduct regular audits to identify obsolete or excess stock.

Required Work Experience & Knowledge

?2-4 years of experience is required.

Required Education ?

Bachelors/ Master's Degree in Technology.(Civil)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
