• Focus on continuously enhancing patients' experience through interaction & handle patient grievances.
• Manage relationships with doctors & paramedical staff to provide seamless service delivery.
• Ensure service in proactive & responsive manner in person/telephone/electronic media.
• Overall responsible for staff grievances & roster.
• Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards.
• Marketing for patient addition
• Data Management for patients and working on Ayushman Portal
