• Analyze the results, interpret and communicate the result and finding to the business.

\xc2\xb7Writing Business requirement and Change request.\xc2\xb7Reviewing Functional Specification Document for Ingenium and Scopp requirements\xc2\xb7Preparing accurate & timely MIS Reports and Dashboards as per requirement of Management.\xc2\xb7Analysis based on key performance indicators and suggest for the area of improvement.\xc2\xb7Responsible to meet & exceed the targets set by the Management.\xc2\xb7Facilitating creation of training pack for all new products\xc2\xb7Ensuring UAT is completed within timelines\xc2\xb7Facilitating cross functional alignment for Operations and IT\xc2\xb7Participate in Governance Reviews

• Have worked on data analytics support work either as tool implementation, automation of control or MIS development
