Job Title: Assistant Manager - Operational Finance
:
- Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Payable related business processes
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of Accounts Payable data, such as vendor invoices, vendor statements and Payment processed by team members
- Need to have the knowledge on E2E procurement to pay process
- Assistant in the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Accounts Payable transaction processing
- Resolve customer queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes as specified by relevant service level agreements and escalating queries and complaints
- Ensure performance of internal controls (ICF effectiveness)
- Supports team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
- Should have hands-on experience in team management
- Should have hands on experience on Microsoft Dynamics & Coupa system
- Need to support and work collaboratively with wider operations teams
- Identify automation requirements within process and work with CI team to help deliver automation solutions
- Maintaining consistency and accuracy in the month end reporting and publishing accordingly.
- Manage key deliverables during month close process as per agreed timelines along with ensuring delivery of quality reports to key stakeholders.
- Prepare & Review KPI reports & consolidate commentaries for all the areas.
- Excellent communication skills
- Works with the training department to meet the training needs for the processes & team members
- Should demonstrate high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
- Daring to ask questions, highlight issues, and willingness to go extra mile to meet customer expectations Qualification & Experience - B.Com/MBA in Finance with 8 to 10 years of experience in Captive shared services /Industry handling P2P Process, Financial analysis and People Management.
