Job Description

:-Ensure end to end operations management for Financial reporting, disclosures, Surveys etc.-Partnering in setting the teams strategic direction and assisting in the overall running of the teams operations-Ownership of processes, reports, procedures or products. Subject -Matter Expert with knowledge of cross-function processes\xc3\x98Review of critical journal entries, GAAP/STAT supplements and Notes to accounts before submission to onshore team\xc3\x98Leadership and development of staff\xc3\x98Liaison with multiple departments (Input providers) during the close to ensure timely completion of deliverables/Collaborate for special projects\xc3\x98Support quarterly/annual audits by internal auditors, as well as, independent external auditors\xc3\x98Participate or lead special projects, initiatives, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests\xc3\x98Understand & anticipate clients business needs/concerns, etc. & proactively resolve the same\xc3\x98Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and enhanced controls\xc3\x98Ensure adequacy of internal controls over financial reporting and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements\xc3\x98Act as a point of escalation for any operational issues\xc3\x98Knowledge of Regulatory reporting, technical accounting principles and GAAP reporting requirements\xc3\x98Capable of working with tight deadlines and lead closure of reporting timelines\xc3\x98Effectively balance quality, timeliness and productivity standards\xc3\x98Identify and implement enhancements and efficiencies\xc3\x98Experience with financial reporting applications (Oracle BI, Essbase, Workiva)
