The person must be having the relevant experience, excellent verbal & written communication skills. innovative mind and acceptance to change as per the environment. He or She will be made responsible to take care of processes to ensure deliveries. The candidate must possess leadership qualities to help grow by creating culture through its team inspiration attitude. The Job will have Targets and Incentives both.
