xc2xb7 Coordinates the monthly payroll process for allocated entities so that they deploy on schedule and without errors.
xc2xb7 Collects and centralizes all payroll calculation supporting information ex. bonuses, deductions, benefits in kind
xc2xb7 Maintains employee records; ensures that changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis
xc2xb7 Reviews and ensures accuracy of approved timesheet
xc2xb7 Checks monthly deliverables (payroll, benefits and deductions, amounts and taxes report allocated to cost centers and other specific reports)
xc2xb7 Respects the agreed payroll calendar
xc2xb7 Performs payment of salaries for allocated entities so that they are paid in legal terms and or stipulated in the contract
xc2xb7 Maintains the relations with the benefits vendors communicates required information on new, existing, terminated employees, monitors the operational activities and the monthly invoicing process;
xc2xb7 Investigates and solves employees claims on benefits and answers to routine queries
xc2xb7 Ensures accuracy of reports
xc2xb7 Ensures payroll accrual process is performed on time and according to company rules
xc2xb7 Ensures holiday accrual process is calculated according to established principles
xc2xb7 Prepares and verifies employment documents; assists new hires in completing employment formalities;
xc2xb7 Collects and verifies all information related to internal changes of positions, bonuses, changes of employees personnel and contractual data; receives, verifies and obtains the authorized signatures for all internal and legally required documents;
xc2xb7 Delivers in due time all electronic and hard copy documents necessary for payroll processing and/or for filing in employees personnel files;
xc2xb7 Assists the employees in completing termination formalities; initiates and follows up on the steps of the exit process
xc2xb7 Collects employees requests for certificates and other documents, communicates them to the external provider and distributes the received papers;
xc2xb7 Answers to routine employees queries on labor law and internal procedures for personnel administration and payroll areas;
xc2xb7 Delivers HR Front Office activities for the allocated site; receiving sick leaves or other documents from employees, releasing bank certificates or other certificates upon request
xc2xb7 Provides counselling in terms of Labour Law and payroll legislationQualifications
Minimum qualifications
University Degree;
xc2xb7 Work experience in personnel administration and payroll services
xc2xb7 Good knowledge of work legislation;
xc2xb7 End to end understanding of HR Administrative processes
xc2xb7 Good command of English Language
xc2xb7 Organized and detail xe2x80x93 oriented;
xc2xb7 Results Oriented;
xc2xb7 Good planning and analytical skills;
xc2xb7 Prioritization and multitasking skills.
