We are inviting applications for the role of AM, MIS & Reporting Responsibilities . Candidate as a functional resource would advise the customer in end-end of application development (Billing and related reporting application) . As a functional expert define end-end process requirements/Use case Scenarios, and Deliver fool proof IT requirements . Facilitate application design / wire frame design . Provide Data /analysis/ user cases that clarifies end user requirements to Developers . Actively support IT team in application development process, including process clarifications, programming logic validations etc. . Proactively identify application gaps/user requirement changes, to address it ahead of time by working with key stakeholders . Validations, Reconciliations and UAT sign off . Implement testing . Drive UAT and facilitate user sign off. . Responsible to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and drive customer satisfaction . Deliver reports and analysis related to financial process (Financial reporting, Planning, Accounting) addressing various business requirements . Strong customer handling skills and ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and address . Excellent organizational and documentation skills . Must have initiative and strive for continuous improvement. . Proven ability to participate in implementing innovative ideas, projects, and business solutions . Knowledge in writing SQL queries . Proven creditability in customer delivery Qualifications Minimum qualifications . Bachelor&rsquos Degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent education . Good experience in handling/supporting Finance and/or application development process . Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms is critical . Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment . Excellent in using Excel . Knowledge and exposure in SQL (Query building) Preferred qualifications . Experience using BI technologies, including TIBCO Spotfire. . Power BI Tools - especially Tableau .
