• Administrative Support : Handle scheduling, correspondence, and manage calendars.

• Task Coordination : Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and projects.
• Report Preparation : Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Office Management : Oversee office supplies, equipment, and manage administrative tasks.
• Research : Conduct research as needed for various projects or tasks.
• Financial Tasks : Handle basic financial tasks such as invoicing or expense tracking.
• Customer Service : Provide support and assistance to clients and handle queries professionally.
• Technical Assistance : Provide basic troubleshooting for office technology and systems.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
