Assistant Manager (6 - 10 years' experience; E2 - M1A)
Location: Mumbai
Candidates should have a degree in Chemical Engineering with experience in Front End & Detailed Design in the hydrocarbon industry. Experience in Design & Engineering of refinery, petrochemical, gas processing plants and LNG cryogenic units is preferred.

Expertise in carrying out various process engineering activities such as:• Preparation of Process Flow Diagram
• Preparation of Material & Energy Balance based on Process inputs
• Preparation of Concept Study, Basic Engineering Report
• Preparation of Process & Utility Equipment List
• Heat Exchanger Design, Rating and Simulation using HTRI
• Equipment Sizing
• Relief Load Estimation, PSV Sizing, Inlet and Outlet Line Sizing
• Flare Header sizing using Aspen Flare System Analyzer, Flare Load Summary
• Depressuring Studies
• P&ID development, preparation of Cause-and-Effect Diagram
• Preparation of Utility Generation & Distribution P&IDs
• Preparation of Process Data Sheets, Equipment Specifications
• Preparation of Instrument Datasheet
• Vendor document / offer review for Package Items.
• Meeting with Client & Travelling to site during execution work
