• Assessment and evaluation in end to end closure of cases highlighted under Governance framework ( Audit , Quality check etc)
• Sharing outages / findings/ learnings under Governance framework on daily basis
• Conduct trainings/case clinics /mentoring basis above observations and findings
• Support in internal & external audit activities such as Internal Assurance audit , Legal and compliance ,IRDAI audit & statutory audit
• Support in Closure on regulatory circulars for Medical Underwriting
• Plans to improvise quality
• Good excel basis analytical skills

Measure of Success:

• Adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
• Timely closure of audit observations and outages shared under Governance framework
• End to end closure on cases assessed under quality check
• Sharing regular case studies and conducting trainings for improvising the quality check score

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Graduate with 3+ years of experience in underwriting
• MBBS / B.Sc (Hons) in Nursing/B.Pharm/BPT/Insurance Qualified preferred

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role
• Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current role
• FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed atleast 12 months in the current role & have

minimum performance rating of G3M3Knowledge and skills required:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong GO / HO process knowledge
• Eye for detail
• Good co-ordination skills
• Good Analytical Skills
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point) and Technical skills
