As an assistant manager you will be working closely with the Business Development Head in order to execute their Business Development strategy. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Responsible for executing marketing strategy to generate leads.Lead strategy and execution for sales, account management and relationship management in your region.Execute call, email & content marketing campaigns (online
& offline) to generate sales prospects and manage the pipelinePlan and strategize for participation in exhibitions, seminars and various other events to generate relevant leads.Build a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM and provide updates on a weekly basis.Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in CRM.Meet or exceed quarterly business development objectives.Required to work closely with customers across geographies and present product capabilities at multiple forumsMaintain up to date knowledge about competitive positioning in the marketplace.Responsible for brand positioning to generate relevant leads.Conduct market research, prospect for target companies and contacts and lead generationResponsible for pre-planning & planning for tenders,
commercial, pre-tendering specs and other business-related activities
and other exposures of the company.Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendorsParticipating with Management in Business development activitiesIdentify and drive new consulting Sales opportunities in Top
Accounts across multiple domains of consumer products as well as new and
emerging opportunities and offerings.Willing to travel to Regular client visits (direct customers & channel partners)Value Propositioning to customers at Executive (CXO) levels to build deeper client relationship
Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.
Job Requirements:
You are an MBA Graduate with an Engineering degree in Mechanical/Marine.You have Cross industry experience across Marine (preferred) / Business development for minimum 5 years.You have working experience with CRM and other marketing tools.You have good communication, presentation & networking skills.
You function largely independently, and at the same time work in a collaborative team environment.
You are ready to serve minimum service commitment of 2.5 years in our company.
