JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Assistant Manager - Marketing.
Department : Marketing.
Reporting To : Area Commercial Manager.
Location : Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting functionally to the Marketing Manager - Pan India, the Assistant Manager Marketing is responsible for accurately updating, monitoring and analysing zonal commercial performance for CMA CGM.
• Using the knowledge of his/her assigned area, he/she also provide sales performance analysis per client and per service. In doing this, he/she will send his/her recommendations and action requests to the sales managers and / or area manager, and he/she is responsible for following up on sales actions.
• As an analyst of the market, he/she will work on Market identification & commercial intelligence (assimilate local port / ICD statistics, customer & competition updates & key developments) and relay the same to all concerned stakeholders with his/her recommendations.
• He/she supervises the correct implementation, effective utilisation and strict adherence of sales and marketing tools & processes in the zone & branches.
• Focal point for local marketing & communication initiatives in coordination with the Marketing Manager - Pan India.

Requirements & Specific Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good administrative skills
• Sales and Marketing experience in shipping industry of 3 to 5 years
• Hands on exposure of MS office tools
