Urgently hiring AM - Marketing for Mall management company in Yelahanka, Bangalore.We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of relevant experienceThis position exists to strategize, execute and control social media and offline marketing activities. It is the responsibility of this position to develop and maintain relationships with developers, retailers and customers. By enhancing the customers experience and creating buzz in the market he/she will ensure the product performance in terms of mall consumption and footfalls. Key Result Areas/ Key Deliverables:1. Social media/Digital marketingKey Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities:- Events and activation - Prepare quarterly/half yearly/ annual marketing calendar based on region - Conceptualize and execute the Content to market the Fundle App - Manage the loyalty program at Fundle to end customer - Increase in footfall and revenue to the Fundle through retailer tie-ups - Overall responsible for driving Fundle sales, bulk bookings of entertainment category at the center - Branding and communication - Internal Communication - interaction with retailers via newsletter and employee mailers - External Communication - newspaper campaigns, radio campaigns, outdoor campaign and BTL activation - PR activities - Create PR strategy to achieve stated objective - Manage PR agencies - Develop relationship between media and the mall - Coordinate media meetings - Draft press releases for the company - Retailers interaction - Partnering with retailers and developers for running campaigns at the mall to increase trading density and sales at the mall - Budgeting and strategy - Ensure adherence to annual marketing budget - Manage Leadership and various stakeholders. - Social media/Digital marketing - Identify and brief the agencies for required application - Increase interaction on the digital space including Facebook marketing - Promotion of events via digital channel Interested candidates can share their resumes to 8698779447.Sherin SajiWEN (ref:updazz.com)
