Demand Generation:a. Develop and drive marketing initiatives to create pipeline, pipeline conversion, enable sales success and increase brand awareness.b. Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length.2. Sales Enablement c. Devise and execute campaigns - in person and online. 3. Event Support: a. Research industry events for participation and speaker slots for leadership b. Plan, budget and execute brand events, roundtables for customers and partners at various scales. c. Partner with Geo-Marketing SPOCs to conduct webinars. 4. Manage events (in-person and in-house) end to end 5. Brand Awareness and recall: a. Develop strategies to achieve targeted market share to be ranked in the top quadrant in analyst reports. b. Public relations- Thought leadership published in industry leading publications (offline/online) c. Executive communication - Leaders speaking at multiple forums Help with speaker notes and script. 6. Vendor and agency management Requirements The successful candidate possesses the following: xe2x80xa2 4+years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT and services industry xe2x80xa2 Experience with executing virtual and in-person events. xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication skills- written and verbal. xe2x80xa2 Hands-on experience in developing content for webpages, sales enablement collaterals, email copies. xe2x80xa2 Experience in Demand-generation and Lead-gen programs xe2x80xa2 Interactions with industry analysts xe2x80xa2 Outstanding in Campaign Conceptualization and execution xe2x80xa2 A passion for digital platforms and channels xe2x80xa2 Self-directed and comfortable in highly demanding environments a.
