Job Summary:

Knowledge wise, we would ideally want you to have 4-5 years of experience in an outreach and communications role. Since we are living in a digital world, it would help if you have some experience/expertise in the digital space (SEO, SEM, SMM, ORM, E-mail/SMS marketing).
Personality wise, we are looking for somebody who is a people\xe2\x80\x99s person. Someone who likes dealing and interacting with people on a daily basis. Brownie points if you practice Meditation or have some experience in the spiritual/wellness space
Functions, Duties, and Performance Responsibilities:
1. Outreach
Identifying and getting in touch with founders, directors, HR, and other key decision makers of leading corporates, small and medium sized businesses, consortium, start-ups for collaboration opportunities
Identifying high schools and universities for mindfulness workshops with teachers, students and parents
Curating on NBD (New Business Development) pitch decks and showcasing relevant offerings in order to bring in new business
2. Content:
Curating and developing content for workshops with the directors
Ensuring all content and material for workshops Is well prepared and In advance of workshops
Assisting and
3. Digital Marketing:
Website:
Creating and updating the brand\xe2\x80\x99s website with SEO rich content
Managing the backend (content management system) for minor updates
Liaising with the agency partner in the event of structural changes, website redesigning etc.
Social Media:
Creating a robust social media strategy for the brand
Writing, Designing, and Publishing content on the brand\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms
Implementing social media initiatives/brand campaigns through key platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter
Managing the existing brand/promotional campaigns/initiatives
Tracking campaign success and take relevant actions in case of non-performance
Responding to comments, queries, and managing the overall reputation on social media platforms
4. Public Relations
Having a fair knowledge of Online and Traditional PR
Maintaining relations with members of the media (journalists, editors, correspondents)
Feeding the media with interesting and engaging content in order to be picked up for coverage
Designing, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, reports and promotional videos to be circulated among the members of the press, if and when required
