Climate Solutions in India is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Marketing & Communication to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and strategic marketing initiatives. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline channels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Danfoss's position in the HVACR, refrigeration, and energy efficiency sectors.
The right candidate should have a pioneer spirit with a strong personal drive, eager to build up the market further and eager to make a difference.Job ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with Danfoss's business objectives.
• Execute brand positioning, product promotion, and demand generation campaigns.
• Support new product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Events, Partnerships & Public Relations

• Plan and execute participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
• Develop partnerships with industry associations (e.g., ISHRAE, ACREX) to enhance brand reach.

Digital Marketing & Branding

• Manage content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid campaigns to enhance online visibility.
• Monitor website analytics and optimize digital performance.
• Oversee brand messaging consistency across all communication channels.

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

• Develop and track marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure high-quality lead nurturing.
• Drive customer education initiatives, including webinars and training programs.

Background & Skills

• Education: Bachelors / MBA in Marketing or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in HVACR, refrigeration sectors
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and event management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, analytics platforms, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, Canva etc.
• Managing budget and expenses for the marketing
• Independence in performing daily tasks and business challenging thinking
• Good communication, presentation and reporting skills
• Teamwork and fast learning
• Travel mobility at the national and regional level.
• Affinity to connect with people.
• Active use of English language - speaking and writing.
