Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Demand Generation:
Develop and drive marketing initiatives to create pipeline, pipeline conversion, enable sales success and increase brand awareness.
Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length.
2. Sales Enablement:
Create sales support collateral (Point of view papers, case studies, videos, infographics, social media posts), enable business teams with value propositions and competitive differentiators.
Chalk out the marketing and promotion calendar in conjunction with cross functional teams and implement it.
Devise and execute campaigns - in person and online
3.Event Support:
Research industry events for participation and speaker slots for leadership
Plan, budget and execute brand events, roundtables for customers and partners at various scales.
Partner with Geo-Marketing SPOCs to conduct webinars.
4. Manage events (in-person and in-house) end to end 5.Brand Awareness and recall:
Develop strategies to achieve targeted market share to be ranked in the top quadrant in analyst reports.
Public relations- Thought leadership published in industry leading publications (offline/online)
Executive communication - Leaders speaking at multiple forums Help with speaker notes and script.
6. Vendor and agency management
Qualifications: The successful candidate possesses the following:
4+years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT and services industry
Experience with executing virtual and in-person events.
Excellent communication skills- written and verbal.
Hands-on experience in developing content for webpages, sales enablement collaterals, email copies.
Experience in Demand-generation and Lead-gen programs
Interactions with industry analysts
Outstanding in Campaign Conceptualization and execution
A passion for digital platforms and channels
Self-directed and comfortable in highly demanding environments
Strong project management skills and high attention to detail and quality deliverables
Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, culturally diverse, globally distributed organization.
