accordingly. 4) Conduct cycle meetings & manage conferences. 5) Ensure market share for the brand by implementing effective marketing campaigns. 6) Ensure Inter departmental co-ordination for operational effectiveness. 7) Connect with KOLs by working on field for 5-7 days in a month and develop therapy insights. 8) Monitor competitor activity & develop concrete plans for supporting weak HQ\'s.
