Responsibilities:AreaActivitiesStrategic Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Ideation Planning and ExecutionPreparing and Execution of Unit Marketing plan along with the Head of Marketing of the Unit/Head OfficePlanning and executing various events & promotional activities, resulting into increased footfalls and customer conversions for the retailersconceptualize the marketing strategies to counter competition and attract customers with unique value propositionsCatchment ActivitiesIdeate Go to market strategy to establish a communication with Primary, secondary, and tertiary market.Responsible for carrying out all brand building & marketing initiatives including catchment engagement and foot fall improvement endeavoursConduct market research to analysis the customer behavior and preference for shopping malls and shopping patternsBudgeting \xe2\x80\x93 Income and ExpensesMonitor the income and control the expenses for the campaignManage and administer the expenses budget and ensure that Marcom expenses are duly controlled within the approved budget.Branding and Communication ExecutionManaging in mall branding and communication.Managing Campaign deadlines to timely changeover in Mall collaterals and communications.Planning and recommending communication collaterals to maximize reach for Marketing campaignsAgency and Vendor Coordination & DevelopmentNegotiate the best possible cost from all the vendors, compare with other vendors to benchmark the costs and bring the cost down.Accuracy in dissemination of briefs and information to agency partnersCoordinating with advertising agencies, media planning, event agencies 7 PR Agenciesmanaging PR campaignsEstablish a healthy relationship with all the vendorsPlan and organize events and promotions in the mall.Plan, execute and co-ordinate a variety of marketing, promotion and thematic events etc. to enhance the shoppers\xe2\x80\x99 traffic to the mall.Manage the budget allocation for the events and activities.Conduct reviews after the events and make recommendations for any improvement plans.Social MediaCo-ordinating with external agencies (media & creative) for smooth functioning of social media & ad campaignsPlanning & executing seasonal campaigns (social media, Third Party Ads, SMS & Email) under tight deadlinesRegularly streamlined reports to add relevant insightsEvent AnalysisAnalyze the outcome of all the marketing campaignsDo the cost benefit analysis for all the campaignsData collation and analytics for all the Marcom initiatives.MIS & ReportingPreparing Weekly/Monthly ReportsTimely Preparing of all the PO and Invoices for the campaignsManagement of Agency/Vendor reports, monthly activity lists and quality of delivery as per agreements
