ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER :SALES PROFILE.....
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential for conversion.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Regularly communicate with clients to address their concerns, gather feedback, and provide updates on products/services.
- Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals in accordance with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyse trends, and adjust strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to identify opportunities for product/service improvements and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
